Freefrog (“Freefrog,” “we,” “us”) is a hybrid social network, CMS, and C2C marketplace platform currently under active development. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these absolute Alpha Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Freefrog.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Freefrog. We do not collect your date of birth; by using the service you affirm you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Because Freefrog is in beta/alpha mode, **we reserve the right to delete your account, posts, data, or storefront at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.** Assume that total database wipes will occur during development. Do not use Freefrog as a primary host for any critical data.
You may not use Freefrog to post or distribute content that contains: sexual or pornographic material; unlawful content; harassment, threats, or hate speech; content that infringes others’ intellectual property; or malware. We will remove content and ban accounts that breach this section without warning.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Freefrog a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and develop the service. While we follow security best practices to safeguard our database, you acknowledge that data loss or exposure is an inherent risk of testing pre-release software. Do not upload sensitive personal data or real financial information.
Freefrog is building tools for C2C marketplace transactions and creator revenue sharing. However, **during this development phase, all financial features, wallets, and mock sales data are completely non-functional. There are ZERO real transactions or payouts active.** We accept no responsibility or liability for perceived loss of revenue, mock transactional errors, or incomplete payment features.
Freefrog lets users add widgets and embed external services. These are provided by third parties, used at your own risk, and subject to their respective providers’ terms. We may block or remove any widget or embed at our discretion without notice.
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or wipe your account data entirely at our discretion, without cause or warning.
Freefrog is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Features marketed or discussed during our build-in-public phase may be incomplete or subject to permanent removal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freefrog and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or system downtime resulting from the use of this pre-release software.
We will update these terms as features evolve. Your continued use of Freefrog after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions or bug reports regarding these Alpha Terms can be directed to the team during development.
